From the till to the wall
Four steps, once. After that a price change at the till is the only thing you ever have to do.

Connect your POS
Paste the API credentials from Toast or Clover. It is read-only: we look at your menu, never your orders or your customers.

Drag menu panels, headings, images and a clock onto the canvas. Set one board for breakfast and another for dinner.

Boards that behave like a menu, not a slideshow

Sold out, without a gap
Mark something gone and it stays on the board struck through, not deleted. Taking the row down does not tell a customer the wings are finished — it tells them the board is missing something, and your staff answer the question anyway.
Counts that mark themselves
Give the last tray of something a count. Tap as you sell them, and at zero the board says sold out on its own. Restock and it comes back — nothing to remember at the end of a shift.
Prices by size
Small, regular and large across the board, in the grid every chain uses. The sizes come from your till, so nobody types “Tall 3.25 / Grande 3.75” into an item name.
Sale prices that persuade
The old price struck through beside the new one, in the order people read a discount. Set it once; it survives the offer ending.
12 boards drawn for video walls
Two or more screens showing one picture between them, with bezel compensation so a line crossing the seam stays straight instead of stepping sideways at every join.
Restyle without redesigning
9 themes change every colour and typeface on a board and move nothing. Try one, try another, keep the arrangement you spent an hour on.
Built for anywhere a price is on a wall
If your point of sale is Toast or Clover, your prices arrive on their own. If it is anything else, keep the list in CanvaScreens and change it in one place.

Always on
Keeps working when the internet does not
Each player holds the last board it was given. If your broadband drops, or our service is down, the menu stays up and the prices stay right. Nobody in the queue can tell.
Dayparting
Breakfast at six. Dinner at five. On its own.
Give a screen a schedule and it changes itself, judged on each venue's own local clock — so a group across three timezones needs one set of rules, not three.
Multi-site
Fifty boards, one action
Design once and push it to every screen in the group, or just the drive-thru at three sites. Emergency messages override everything, everywhere, and clear themselves.
