About CanvaScreens
Most digital menu boards fail in the same small way: the screen says one price and the till says another. Someone changed an item in the point of sale, and nobody remembered to change the artwork. The board slowly stops being trusted, and staff start reading prices off a printout instead.
CanvaScreens starts from the point of sale. Connect Toast or Clover, and item names, prices and calorie counts flow onto the screens by themselves. A price change reaches the wall in seconds, in every location, without anyone opening a design tool.
Around that we built the things a real venue needs. Boards that change with the daypart, in the venue's own local time. Screens that sleep when you are closed. Emergency messages that override whatever is playing. A design that looks the same on a cheap 1080p panel and a 4K one.
Hardware is deliberately boring. A streaming stick you can buy anywhere, plugged into any TV. It shows a six-character code, you type it into the console, and the screen is live.
